1oz. light rum 2oz. coconut rum 1oz. Blue Curaco Pineapple Juice Pineapple wedge (for garnish) Directions: Combine both rums and the Blue Curacao in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it, then pour it into a cocktail glass. Fill the rest of the glass with chilled pineapple juice and garnish with the pineapple wedge.
Ingredients: 2oz. light rum 1oz. orange juice 2oz. blackberry brandy 2oz. strawberry puree I cube of ice Directions: Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend it until the drink looks like a smoothie-like consistency. Pour the drink into a large glass and serve.
Ingredients: Kosher salt Crushed ice ½ cube fresh blood orange juice 2oz. tequila 1oz. triple sec or Cointreau Blood orange wedges (optional) Directions: Wet the rim of the 2 margarita glasses and dip in kosher salt. Fill the cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add the orange juice, tequila and triple sec. Shake the well and strain into the glasses. Garnish the glasses with orange wedges, if desired.
Ingredients: 1oz. vodka 1oz. Applepucker 1 oz. Midori 1 oz. triple sec Pineapple juice Sierra Mist Lemon slice, for garnish Directions: Combine vodka, ApplePucker, Midori and Triple Sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, then shake. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, then pour pineapple juice and Sierra Mist on top. An optional extra, garnish with a slice of lemon.
Ingredients: 1 part raspberry liquer 1 part Vodka 1 part Champagne Licorice, wax teeth, candy corn, and/or blood orange slice Directions: In a chilled martini glass, layer the raspberry liquer, vodka and champagne. Garnish with liquorice, wax teeth, candy corn, and/or blood orange slice.
